Megan Hornseth, Ph.D.
I am an experienced research professional with a strong background in wildlife research and landscape ecology. My specialties include development and integration of wildlife habitat models, population modelling, harvest management, scenario development and analysis, as well as conceptual modelling and spatial analysis. I have worked with many different stakeholders and value the importance of a great working relationship with clients, partners, and colleagues.
I have worked as a consultant for different provincial governments, non-governmental organizations, and research institutes across Canada. I use a landscape-based approach to develop and supplement research projects examining species at risk, boreal wildlife, conservation biology, and human dimensions to wildlife.
